Blessing of the Painting...

As the painting of Saint Vartan depicting the saint at the battle of Avarayr was worked on by father and son team Angelo Marinosci, Jr. and 5 year old son, Arcangelo, it was blessed yesterday (19 feb 2012) by the Bishop at Saint Vartanantze Armenian Apostolic Church in Providence at a wonderfully extensive mass and service. (See Video)

Arcangelo is working on other similar projects with his father in drawing, sailing, and song. He attends kindergarten at James Oldham Elementary School in Riverside and enjoys his his classmates and his teacher, Mr.s Moon very much.

When asked about his teacher: In his words, "... Mrs Moon is a really good teacher and I learn alot from her... "

I try to encourage Arcangelo to reach out in many new directions...
We work with numbers, reading, writing and any form of art or music he finds interesting... the time we spend together is evenly balanced between learning and playing and sometimes it's hard to tell between the two... it should all be fun... :- ) TY
