CHESTNUT HILL – EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Chestnut Hill recently donated $250 to Fisher House Boston. EPOCH held several holiday raffles in order to raise the money.

The EPOCH staff toured Fisher House Boston and was impressed with Executive Director Jennifer Deluca’s work and her dedication to veterans and their families. Because EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Chestnut Hill has many residents who are veterans, its team felt strongly about donating to Fisher House.

The private-public partnership Fisher House Foundation provides a ‘home away from home’ for members of the military and their families who travel far for specialized medical care. Fisher House donates homes built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers, which allow family members to be close to loved ones during hospitalization for illness, disease or injury.
