- East Bay Community Action's RSVP Program is sponsoring the VITA Free Tax Service from today, Jan. 16, to April 15. Program qualifying income is $51,000 and below. Call East Bay RSVP at 435-7876 for an appointment, location and directions.
- The East Providence Recreation Center, 100 Bullocks Point Ave., offers a Strength ‘n Step class from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
- Newman Congregational Church, 100 Newman Ave., Rumford hosts an AA meeting in the chapel at 8 pm.
