Detectives Investigate Car Fire With 'Suspicious Origin'

Members of the East Providence Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on the corner of Woodward and Goldsmith avenues at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Saturday night.

Fire department personnel refrained from releasing information; the cause of the fire is under investigation, said Captain Oscar Elmasian.
