An East Providence man was pulled over by police in Sudbury, MA, on Sunday and then arrested under warrants for allegedly causing an accident that resulted in injury or death.
According to reports, a call to the Sudbury Police Department regarding an erratic driver resulted in the arrest of Alfredo Conde Estevao, 26, of 7 South Carpenter St., after he was pulled over on Boston Post Road at about 10:46 a.m. on Sunday, May 13.
After the responding officer completed an investigation, it was found Estevao had two governor's warrants out for his arrest from Philadelphia, said Lt. Scott Nix.
According to reports, the warrants charge him a third degree felony for causing an accident that resulted in death or serious bodily injury while not having a license. Estevao was also charged with following too close, a marked lanes violation and an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
