Residents from around East Providence lined up outside the Department of Public Works building Sunday morning starting around 9 a.m. They brought their cats and dogs to get their rabies vaccination at a price much cheaper than having to take their pet to a veterinarian. This was done to help residents adhere to the state law that every dog and cat must be vaccinated for rabies.

These photos are great. Was the finish a result of post-editing or the lens you used?

Thank you! The only post processing I did was a little cropping.
