The world didn't come to an end yesterday, Dec. 21, as some so-called authorities on the Mayan calendar prophesied.

But with all this hubbub over the Mayan 2012 prophecy, we have to ask: How would you spend your last day in East Providence, if you knew the world was coming to an end?

Would you stay at home with your family? Or would you spend your last day at your church or synagogue?

Would you head out one last time to order your favorite meal at a local restaurant? Or tie one on at your favorite watering hole?
