It's Groundhog Day. What Do You Think?
By now, Punxsutawney Phil has made his prediction. What do you think? Six more weeks of winter or an early spring?
Today, Feb. 2, is Groundhog Day.
Punxsutawney Phil and other furry weather prognosticators have probably made known their declarations about winter by now.
Will we have six more weeks of cold and snow? Or will we have fruit trees and pussy willows blossoming within a few weeks?
If the groundhog saw his shadow, we can expect six more weeks of winter. If Phil did not see his shadow, we can expect an early spring.
What do you think? Do you have your very own weather indicators? What are your very first signs of spring in Rhode Island?
