Police Log: Domestic Dispute, Warrant Arrest
An arrest does not necessarily indicate a conviction.
The East Providence Police Department provided the following arrests:
- Joseph Lovely, 38, of 256 North Brow St., was arrested under a bench warrant at approximately 7:16 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17.
- Pedro deLima, 35, of 116 Warren Ave., in East Providence, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and refusing to relinquish the phone at approximately 10:43 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 20.
