UPDATED: A Found Pepe is Safe and Sound
The small puppy is on the way to the veterinarian, say members of the Attleboro Animal Shelter.
A Monday night search for a wayward puppy that went missing last week was unsuccessful, say sources close to the Attleboro Animal Shelter. Some thought the puppy was either picked up by a family who doesn't want to give him back or he was taken by the cold.
But this story has a happy ending. Pepe has been found, according to reports on the Attleboro Animal Shelter Facebook page. He is on his way to the veterinarian and then the groomer, as his fur was patchy in places.
"He is being cared for now. Pepe says THANK YOU to everyone," reads the Facebook page.

Great News! I hope that a good effort will be made to now remove the numerous flyers from the telephone poles. This will help in the event that another pet is lost.

Good suggestion about the flyers. We become visually immune to their impact if they are left hanging around.
