- U.S Post Office branches
- Schools - February vacation starts Monday, Feb. 20 and lasts until Friday, Feb. 24.
- The Parks and Recreation Department (But only today. See here for a list of their February vacation offerings.)
- City Hall - There are no municipal meetings scheduled today.
- Public libraries throughout the city
Open:
- All R.I. Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) branches.
- Some restaurants and businesses
- Auto dealers - some are hosting sales on Route 44
