There are 480 open houses posted across the state this weekend with 70 being new to the market. The ratio of new homes on the market being open as compared to the total number continues a to rise, a trend that should continue well into the Spring. Realtors have always suggested that April 1 was the best day to place a home on the market to capture those buyers that make up the Spring surge.
