The real estate market is seeing continued growth due to the nice wheather we are having. When there is snow on the ground people are more liklely not to shop for housing. When the temperature is above 50 degrees, they tend to leave the house.

All the open houses we had this past weekend in East Providence showed strong activity compared to last year at this time. Last year in January of 2011, there was a foot of snow on the ground, while this year you see people walk around in shirt sleaves.
