Councilors Off Till 2014, Party at Metacomet Saturday

Councilors off till next year: The next City Council meeting is Jan. 7, 2014. Check here for a report from their last meeting Dec. 17, where they OK'd a tax stabilization plan and delayed a formal search for a permanent City Manager.

Christmas Party - 
The Metacomet Country Club is hosting a Christmas party for smaller businesses and groups Dec. 21, 6 to 11 p.m. at the club, 500 Veterans Memorial Parkway. Cost to attend is $39.99 plus tax. Call 401-438-1122, ext. 101 to make reservations.  

Flu Shots Dec. 27 - 
There's a Flu Shot Clinic at Daigneau Insurance Agency in Riverside, RI on Dec. 27, 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. They will have a licensed Pharmacist onsite to answer all of your questions.
