Edible Scarecrow: Come by the Riverside Branch of the East Providence Public Library, 475 Bullocks Point Avenue from 3:00pm-5:00pm to make a scarecrow out of cookies and candy. All ages welcome. Contact Sharon Branch at 401-433-4877
