PHOTOS: Flamingos Descend on East Providence

Deliveries to support the East Providence High School's post prom event began on April Fool's Day and continue throughout the month.

Have you spied florescent pink birds peeping up from East Providence lawns?

On Saturday night, 48 flocks landed across the city, according to organizer Caroline Sadowski. Part of the annual Flamingo Fundraiser to support the 2012 post-prom event, April Fool's Day marked the first full day of their arrival.

For only $10, send a flock of lawn flamingos to a friend. Businesses can "flock" each other for $20. Sales start continue through April.
