Finally Someone stepped up to the plate to bring back some Townie Pride all we here about is the negative in this city. I got to see a pretty decent parade where people of all over the city were loving it. I never usually log on to these things but since I got the info for it here I wanted to comment. Thank You for showing your townie pride especially those kid they looked so happy and enjoying them selves marching. I have to hand it to the Jr Townies Great showing.

Too bad they turned it political! DaSilva, DaPonte, Tsonos, even Rose and Rogers were professional and propper...then there was the VOTE BRITTO T shirt team; and what was with the green fire truck??? Does ferreira think that is the new color for Townie Pride??? I hope this starts an annual tradition, but please leve the politics out. Elected officials should walk, not candidates!!

Jr Townies yelling "Hell no......(something)".??? You got to to hand it to them? Isn't that great, a bunch of kids marching in a parade yelling that - GROSS!

This parade was a great idea and it was a lot of fun. Hopefully the city will continue to do it. Glad you started it Thanks for an enjoyable day.
