LAKEVILLE AND MANSFIELD, MA, ISSUED MARCH 10, 2014…Exit Planning Exchange Boston, (XPX) announces that Norman Gauthier of Lakeville, MA has been named to the organization’s Board of Directors.

In this capacity, he will help guide the growth and direction of the XPX Boston. Gauthier, a Southeastern Massachusetts native, is the Managing Partner of Heritage Hill Partners, a firm that provides executive coaching and management and leadership skills development across a wide range of industries. A sample of the industries include financial services, high technology, manufacturing, and family owned businesses where he focuses on growth and organizational transition. Prior to founding Heritage Hill Partners 16 years ago, Gauthier was the Director of Organizational Development for a global startup within Thomson Financial, now Thomson Reuters.

 

Gauthier has traveled extensively throughout the world in his work within the Information Technology Industry, Financial Services, and as the Managing Partner of Heritage Hill Partners Inc. His work has taken him to many places across the United States, as well as to France, the U.K., Israel, Ireland and the Netherlands.

 

In addition to his involvement with XPX, he is an Affiliate with Resource Associates Corporation, a consulting group that supports the work of independent consultants across the U.S. and Europe. Additionally, he is a Rotarian with the Fall River Rotary. In his spare time he enjoys sports, and listening to jazz. He resides in Lakeville with his wife Sandra, who is a career educator; they are parents to two sons, Neil and Kyle. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.

 

Of his appointment to the Board of Directors at XPX, he said, “XPX is a great organization that attracts a group of quality professionals. Since part of my work is helping business owners successfully manage transitions in their business, including planning their exit, it seems a good fit for me to be part of an organization, and Board of Directors, that supports this mission.”
