Monday: Rep. Hearn Holding Public Forum to Discuss State Redestricting

A smattering of East Providence events.

  1. Rep. Joy Hearn will hold an open house for voters in the Barrington High School from 5 to 6 p.m. to discuss redistricting in Rhode Island.
  2. Between Oct. 17 and 30, members of the community are encouraged to  donate warm outerwear to the “Coats for Coffee” drive run by and the Boys & Girls Club. In appreciation for the donations, the shop will provide each donor with a free cup of coffee.
  3. Lessons will be held at the Indoor Tennis Court at 8:30 a.m. this morning.
  4. The Newman Congregational Church in Rumford will hold an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at noon.
  5. A blood drive will be held at the Warren Avenue at 3 p.m.
