Connected Living Discussion Groups at EPOCH

EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard will host multimedia discussion groups with Connected Living on Mondays in August at 1:30 p.m. Topics include: 

• Exotic Pictorial Travelogue, Aug. 4 – From China to Russia, Finland, Romania, the Maldives and the hidden hills of Arizona and Wyoming, take a virtual tour of 33 sites and sights that your eyes will barely believe.

• Greece on Google, Aug. 11 – Explore timelessly beautiful regions, islands and cities of Greece using Google Earth. We will also learn about well-known monuments, festivals and Greek culture. 

• Healthy Habits, Aug. 18 – Learn about cognitive restructuring and how to replace negative habits with positive practices. These small changes can enhance your life and wellbeing.

• Labor Day, Aug. 25 – A celebration of work and workers, we’ll look at the historic roots of this American holiday and possible jobs of the future. Come with your own ideas about what your life’s work means to you.
