Nia is a sensory -based movement exercise that blends elements of martial arts, dance arts and yoga into a complete fitness program. With simple choreography, it empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit! Experience it yourself at 2 free demonstration being offered at the Recreation Center with Nia White Belt Teacher, Sandra Fontana, on Wednesday, January 9th 10-11am and on Monday, January 14th 5-6pm.
