A texture modified dysphagia diet will be prescribed following assessment by a speech and language therapist or other appropriately trained healthcare professional.  Come out on November 13, 2012 at 5:30pm to hear Cari Azevedo, a registered dietitian with six years experience in Long Term Care. Cari will explain the importance of following the diet and present a small demonstration.  Please do not miss this event!
