New England Revolution to Add New Faces to the 2014 “Rev Girl” Squad at Ri Ra Irish Pub Auditions

The New England Revolution will host its Rev Girls audition finals at Ri Ra Irish Pub in Providence as local hopefuls compete for a spot on the 2014 squad on Thursday, February 6th from 9:00-11:00p.m. The Rev Girls serve as the Revolution’s official promotional team, making appearances throughout the year at home games, community and charity events, photo shoots and other promotional events.

Six local women have made it to the final round of the Rhode Island auditions, where three will be selected by guest celebrity judges to join returning members on the Rev Girls team. The auditions will be made up of three rounds, including Revolution trivia, a Q&A session about each finalist and crowd giveaways to judge fan-interaction skills.

The 2014 celebrity judge panel for the Providence auditions will include WPRI’s Rhode Show host Will Gilbert, Providence Journal lifestyle reporter Jenna Pelletier, 2013 Miss Rhode Island of the Miss America Organization, Jessica Marfeo and 92 PRO-FM radio personality Jessica Schiano. Former American Idol “Top Ten” finalist Erika Van Pelt will serve as the evening’s emcee.
