Patton Oswalt at Edwards Auditorium

An American stand-up comedian, writer, actor and voice actor; Oswalt is best known for roles such as Spencer Olchin in the sitcom “The King of Queens” and for voicing Remy in the film “Ratatouille”. He is currently on the small screen as the narrator and adult version of Adam Goldberg in ABC’s “The Goldbergs” and appearing as Fire Marshall Boone in Fox’s comedy, “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”.

As a comedian, Patton has shot four TV specials and four critically acclaimed albums, including his latest “Finest Hour” in 2011 which received a Grammy nomination for “Best Comedy Album,” as well as a Showtime one-hour special of the same name. In 2009, Patton received his first Grammy nomination for his album “My Weekness Is Strong”.

Patton tours regularly and extensively, headlining in the US and UK, and is a regular at music festivals like Bumbershoot, Bonnaroo, Comic-Con and Coachella. Patton also has a regular, bi-monthly show at the Largo at the Coronet Theater in LA.

MYQ Kaplan has toured North America regularly and performed over 1,000 shows since 2005. Originally from New Jersey, Kaplan won Boston University’s “funniest student” contest in 2005 and Boston’s “The Phoenix” named him Local Comedian of the Year in 2008. 

Kaplan has appeared on Comedy Central's “Live at Gotham” and in promotional work for the network. Kaplan also appeared as a contestant on the competition TV series “Last Comic Standing”, placing 5th in 2010.
