Costume Party at EPOCH on the East Side

EPOCH Assisted Living on the East Side celebrated Halloween with a costume party, complete with festive treats, decorations and a photo booth.  Residents Chim and Elizabeth Chan may have won the costume contest with their skeleton and witch costumes!
