Frank A. Alianiello, 90

He was the husband of the late Anne Alianiello; an accountant, he was a World War II veteran.

Frank A. Alianiello, of East Providence, died on February 4, 2013 at Waterview Villa. He was 90.

He was the husband of the late Anne L. (Clark) Alianiello. He was the son of the late Vito Alianiello and Rosa (Paolino) Alianiello.

He is survived by his four children, Paul Alianiello and his wife Lauren, Anne Ouimette and her husband Stephen, Frances Smith and her husband Allyn and Susan Bettencourt.  He was the brother of Jennie DiLucchio and the late Sevario Allienello, Pasquale Allienello, Charles Alienello, Michael Allienello and Philomena Alianiello. He was the grandfather of nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

He was an Army veteran of World War II serving in Europe and had a long career as an accountant at Uniroyal Inc. in Providence and Fulflex Inc. in Bristol. He retired in 1984 and spent his winters in Florida heading north in the spring after the Red Sox left for Boston to spend summers and holidays with his family.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 9 am from the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Loreto Church, Waterman Avenue, East Providence. Burial, with Military Honors, will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
