Karen M. Rodrigues, 53, E.P. Switchboard Operator
Her calling hours are today and her funeral is Wednesday from Rebello Funeral Home in East Providence.
Karen M. Rodrigues, of Luther Avenue, East Providence, died September 28, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 53.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Edward and Maria (Sears) Rodrigues of East Providence. She was a 1978 graduate of East Providence High School and worked as a switchboard operator for the City of East Providence.
She is survived by her brother, East Providence Police Department Patrolman Paul E. Rodrigues of East Providence and her special extended family; Natasha, Joshua and Jason De Macedo.
Her funeral will begin on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 9 am from the Rebello Funeral Home and Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 am in St. Francis Xavier Church, N. Carpenter St., East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
