Mildred E. (King) Miller, 84

She was the wife of the late James L. Miller; a telephone operator supervisor for 20 years.

Mildred E. (King) Miller, of Leonard Avenue, East Providence, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at Waterview Villa. She was 84.

She was the wife of the late James L. Miller. Born in Danville, Va., she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ollie (Johnson) King.

"Millie," as she was called by everyone, was a telephone operator supervisor with NYNEX for 20 years before retiring.

She leaves three sons, Lawrence “Eddie” Price of North Carolina, Ernest Price of East Providence, and Michael Price of West Warrick, and four grandchildren, LeShawndra Price of Gaitherburg, MD., Lebbonee (Price) Kittredge of San Francisco, CA, Michael Price Jr. and Cameron Price of West Warwick, and one great-grandchild, Jonah Price Kittredge of San Francisco.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23, at 10 am from the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
