Roland L. Spencer, of Castro Street, East Providence, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. He was 85.
He was the husband of Arlene Cruz. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Arthur E. and Carrie (Wills) Spencer.
He is survived by one brother, Herbert Spencer of Georgia, and one sister, Muriel Braboy of Providence.
