Four Businesses Busted for Serving Alcohol to Teenager

The businesses will have to face East Providence City Council members.

Four businesses were cited for serving alcohol to an undercover 17-year-old girl working with East Providence Police, according to reports from East Bay Newspapers.

The four businesses are:

  • located at 199 Taunton Ave.
  • Clift’s Liquors located at 191 Willett Ave.
  • La Camelia Restaurant located at 92 Waterman Ave.
  • , located at 80 Newport Ave.

Owners must come before the East Providence City Council for a "show cause" hearing within upcoming months, according to the article.
