Officers also arrested a second woman, identified as Amy Ricco, 21, of Chelmsford, MA, on charges of disorderly conduct and simple assault after a man at the hotel told officers that Riccio had "slapped him in the face several times," Patrol Officer Sandra Bonvehi reported.

After receiving a call about a disturbance at the Extended Stay America on Pawtucket Avenue at about 3:30 am on March 10, officers went to the hotel and spoke with an employee who said she had seen the two women yelling and screaming, and found that one of them had urinated in the elevator.

Crowley told officers that Riccio "had told her a funny joke that made her urinate onto the floor of the elevator," Bonvehi wrote in her report.

Riccio "became combative" toward the officers as they placed her under arrest, Bonvehi reported, and officers "had to force Riccio out of the hotel physically."

Following separate hearings on March 11 in Sixth District Court, Warwick, Riccio and Crowley posted bail, and are scheduled to appear for formal arraignment on March 19.
