State Trooper Log: Walker on Rte. 195 Wanted on Several Warrants

Troopers arrest Warwick man wanted on EP warrant 

On Nov. 6, at 8:20 p.m., troopers, arrested Michael Strom, age 33, of 91 Canonchet Avenue, Warwick on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear and Pay on the charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the East Providence Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Greenwich Avenue, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.

Callers alert police to walker on Rte. 195 wanted on several warrants

At 4:20 p.m. Nov. 4 Troopers arrested John Marrow, age 39, of 1133 Chalkstone Ave., Providence, RI., for a Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay originating out of the Newport Police Department, and a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay on an original charge of Conspiracy originating out of the Johnston Police Department, and a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving without a License, originating out of the Central Falls Police Department and an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department for Larceny. 

The arrest was the result of several 911 calls for a road walker on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Subject was transported to Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed before being turned over to the Providence Police Department.

Troopers arrest woman wanted on EP warrant for obstruction charge

At 7:10 p.m. Nov. 4 troopers arrested Jessica M. Thibeault, age 24, of 602 Smithfield Ave. Apartment 2, Providence, RI., on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for a Failure to Appear for the Ability to pay on an original charge of Obstruction, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed before being arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released after posting her bail in full.
