Woman Cries Bomb During Reported Bank Robbery

Police are searching for a woman in a red Ford pick-up after she left Columbus Credit Union in Riverside.

A wigged woman claiming to have a bomb reportedly robbed Columbus Credit Union before police could arrive at the scene late Tuesday morning. 

Employees called East Providence Police after she allegedly left in a red Ford pick-up truck, according to Lt. Craig Fournier. 

No one was injured, he said.

Employees were able to enter the building as of 12:30 p.m. Police vehicles and yellow tape surrounded the bank's entrance.

If you want to stop people like this from doing things like this when you catch them punish them in public. Peirce field is big enough to hold such events. You could sell tickets for 10 bucks. Line up a slew of criminals that were caught this week... And Flog them with a bamboo cane.... That would be worth 10 bucks of anyones money and the money could be filtered back into the City.... What.... Thats better than selling advertising on Busses isn't it?
