Flanagan and Messier Speak at LeadingRE Fall Workshop

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (October 11, 2013) – Residential Properties Ltd. was well represented at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Fall Workshop in Boston last week, as Vice President of Marketing and Technology, Tom Flanagan and Vice President of Relocation Services, Elizabeth Messier both appeared featured panelists. The workshop attracted brokers, managers and relocation directors from top real estate firms around the country. Participants were members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of more than 500 market-leading real estate firms, which represents more home sales than any other real estate network.

The workshop offered a variety of informative sessions addressing topics relating to today’s real estate market and included a variety of open forum discussions and brainstorming sessions that focused on ways to best serve home buyers and sellers.

Flanagan spoke on the topic of “Dealing With the ZTR Conundrum,” sharing insights relating to the impact of data syndication, as well as both the positive and negative results of having a relationship with Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com.

Messier’s topic was entitled “MVP Business Development” and focused on new ways to actively market your firm as the provider of choice for corporations, third parties, and consumers.

Flanagan and Messier were among an accomplished line-up of presenters that included keynote speaker Dennis Moseley-Williams, an internationally-known business consultant who shared secrets of building a trust-based brand.
