High School Band Hosting Pasta Dinner Fundraiser
The East Providence High School marching band is raising cash to travel to Disney World next June.
Disney World beckons for the East Providence High School marching band next June. It can use some help in getting to Orlando, Fla.
The band is hosting a pasta dinner fundraiser on Saturday evening, Sept. 28. The dinner starts at 5 pm at the Holy Ghost Brotherhood social club – known as the Brightridge Club – at 59 Brightridge Ave.
“Many thanks to all who have helped support us at our fundraisers this summer,” said Laurie Aparicio, a band parent. “We hope you will join us for a delicious pasta dinner and an opportunity to win one of our raffle prizes....last count was 80 plus.”

Tickets for adults are $10, school-age children can eat for $6, and children under 5 can eat for free.
Tickets are available from band members or their mothers.

A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door, she said.
