[VIDEO] Townies Get Thumped, 35-15

East Providence goes on the road to Barrington and gets overwhelmed by the Eagles before a Homecoming crowd.

The gray, misting Saturday afternoon matched the outcome of East Providence's football games against arch-rival Barrington.

The Eagles thumped the Townies before a Homecoming crowd, 35-15, after delaying the game a day because of Friday's rain. The loss dropped the Townies' record to 0-4 on the season.

There wasn't much to cheer about for EP fans. Barrington took a 14-0 lead into halftime and then quickly tacked on another score to go up 21-0 with about 6 minutes left in the quarter.
