Rain Now, Freezing Temps Later, Council Talks, Clear your Walks

Councilors meet Tuesday: The year's first City Council meeting is tomorrow, Jan. 7. On their agenda, councilors will discuss a school building/capital investment plan, including a corporate sponsorship program, introduced by Mayor James Briden.

The council will also consider adopting the state's building code for the city.

Check here for a report from their last meeting Dec. 17, where they OK'd a tax stabilization plan and delayed a formal search for a permanent City Manager.
