Deadline for House Lottery Nears
Only four applications have been received so far for the 78 Anthony St. house that will be given to a lucky lottery winner at the next East Providence City Council meeting on Dec. 18.
East Providence has received four applications so far for the completely renovated home on Anthony Street that will be sold for $130,000 after a lottery drawing on Dec. 18. "The odds are pretty good," said City Manager Peter Graczykowski Tuesday evening after the City Council meeting. "You don't have to live in East Providence," he said. "It's open to anyone within this region."
