East Providence Weather: Waterfront Drive: at 11:30 a.m. today, U.S. Senator Jack Reed will celebrate the grand opening of Waterfront Drive in East Providence in a ribbon cutting ceremony with Governor Lincoln Chafee, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) Director Michael Lewis, Mayor Bruce Rogers and small business owner Wendy Field.
