Joe Botelho has been a real estate professional for 20 years operating primarily in the East Bay and Greater Providence Area and is currently serving as Broker Associate for ReMax Rivers Edge in East Providence. He has managed real estate offices for 19 of those years including the largest real estate office in New England from 2001- 2004, employing 65 agents.  His East Providence Office was recognized as Office of The Year for Coldwell Banker International in 2004.
Joe has managed over 5,000 transactions during his career and is often sought after throughout New England to solve complex real estate issues, and as a speaker for regional real estate conventions.  He is also credited with designing several advanced training methods for new real estate agents and for managers who wish to improve their offices.
In 2004, Joe created RED Realty, a Rhode Island based real estate company with the goal of offering every client and customer 100% simple satisfaction with service his firm provides. He merged RED Realty with EXIT Realty in 2010and is now affiliated with ReMax International. This provides clients and customers with a strong sense of local understanding, experience, a regional sense of flexibility that the real estate industry requires along with the a world-wide support system.
Joe lives with his wife Mary, in East Providence who he has two adult children with, Melissa and Joey.
